Final pricing may vary depending on the size of the property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, level of buildup, and overall condition of the home. Homes with pets, excessive pet hair, or heavier buildup may require additional cleaning time and may affect the final cost. **Regular Cleaning Includes:** **Bathrooms** * Clean and sanitize toilets * Clean sinks, countertops, and faucets * Clean bathtubs and showers * Polish mirrors * Wipe accessible surfaces * Disinfect high-touch areas **Kitchen** * Clean and sanitize countertops * Clean backsplash * Clean sink and faucet * Wipe exterior surfaces of refrigerator * Wipe exterior surfaces of stove and oven * Wipe exterior surfaces of dishwasher * Wipe exterior surfaces of microwave * Wipe exterior surfaces of small appliances * Wipe cabinet fronts * Dust accessible surfaces **Bedrooms & Living Areas** * Dust furniture and accessible surfaces * Dust window sills * Light dusting of accessible baseboards * Spot clean mirrors and glass surfaces * General tidying of rooms * Make beds (if linens are provided) **Throughout the Home** * Vacuum all accessible floor surfaces throughout the home * Mop all hard floors throughout the home * Wipe door handles and surrounding areas * Remove cobwebs from accessible areas * Empty all garbage bins and remove waste from the home * Pet-friendly cleaning service **Please Note:** Regular Cleaning includes light dusting of accessible baseboards. Detailed hand washing, scrubbing of buildup, stain removal, grease removal, paint removal, and heavily soiled baseboards are considered Deep Cleaning services and may require additional time and charges.
